Steffi Van Uytfanghe

Steffi Van Uytfanghe is Company Engagement Officer at the Access to Medicine Foundation, an independent non-profit organization that works to stimulate and guide the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical gas industries to increase access to their products in low- and middle-income countries. Steffi leads the Foundation’s Medical Oxygen Programme and engages with gas companies and other stakeholders to improve access to medical oxygen in these regions. She has a background in pharmaceutical sciences and global health, with experience spanning research on cardiovascular risk profiles in underserved township communities, roles in the pharmaceutical industry and international emergency preparedness and response.
