With almost 20 years of e-commerce and data management experience, specifically from the electrical distribution space Pam brings invaluable knowledge and expertise to DDS as a Customer Success Manager. Formerly with one of DDS’ original customers, Pam has experienced first-hand the struggle distributors face in acquiring complete, high-quality, and usable product data from industry data sources or direct from manufacturers. As such, she knows full well that getting the data is one thing, but integrating it for use in websites and other digital applications is another.
