Naima Heck

Dr. Naima A. Heck is Technical Director for the EMEA region within the Clean Energy Business at W.L. Gore & Associates. She leads R&D programs focused on advancing the durability and performance of PEM water electrolysis stacks, critical to scaling green hydrogen technologies.

With a multidisciplinary background, Dr. Heck has held roles spanning scientific research, new product development, and business innovation across multiple industries. Her work bridges fundamental materials science with commercial application, enabling high-impact solutions in clean energy.

Dr. Heck holds a PhD in polymer chemistry from Technical University of Munich.
