Justin Ellrich serves as Associate Vice President and LNG/Liquefaction Technology Manager for Black & Veatch’s Fuels and Natural Resources business, lending expertise and guidance across the department and company in technical, commercial, and regulatory aspects of LNG projects. He is also involved in project developments for gas processing, hydrogen, and carbon dioxide where refrigeration is employed.

Justin is experienced in designing both grassroots and revamp facilities for cryogenic processing, as well as incorporating project estimates and schedule into detailed economic models. He has experience with modularization and floating liquefaction, as well as evaluations of gas conditioning and contaminant removal technologies. He also has experience collaborating with plant operations and guiding clients through start-up. Justin has served as Lead Process Engineer for numerous large-scale LNG export FEEDs, culminating in more than $6 billion in EPC contracts. He holds two patents, has authored multiple articles and conference presentations regarding LNG technology and project execution, and serves on the governing body of the Gastech conference.
