Dr. David Hodgson

Dr. David Hodgson is Strategic Advisor for James Cropper’s Advanced Materials division. With over 30 years’ experience in industrial electrochemistry, he founded TFP Hydrogen (formerly PV3), acquired by James Cropper in 2021. A Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry and Castner Medal recipient, Dr. Hodgson has pioneered technologies in electrolysis, fuel cells, and water treatment. He has also held a number of visiting professorships at Surrey, Exeter and Manchester Metropolitan Universities, contributing to advancements in hydrogen and clean energy solutions.
